Return & Refund Policy

At Cadense, we prioritize both quality and hygiene to ensure our customers receive products in the best possible condition. We offer a 30-day trial period so you can try Cadense Adaptive Shoes and decide if they’re the right fit for you. If you need to return or exchange your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment to begin the process.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund, items must be:

  • In new condition (clean, undamaged, and odor-free) so they can be restocked.
  • Returned with all original packaging and proof of purchase.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If shoes show signs of wear, the following fees will apply and be deducted from your refund:

  • £7.44 – Missing or damaged original packaging (repackaging fee)
  • £37.22 – Minor wear, including light scuffs or scratches (minor wear fee)
  • £59.56 – Significant wear, damage, or odor that prevents resale (destruction fee)

💡 Tips for Trying Your Shoes:

  • Test your shoes indoors on a clean, carpeted surface while wearing clean socks.
  • Avoid hard floors, outdoor surfaces, or going barefoot to prevent scuffs and odors.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@cadense.co.uk with your order number.
  2. We’ll review your request and, if eligible, provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & order issues

If your shoes arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or special-order products

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Contact us at support@cadense.co.uk or call 805-225-7765 start your exchange.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at support@cadense.co.uk.
