I take my Sit-to-Stand transition Mat in my purse with me where ever I need instant traction such as doctor visits, restaurants, and friend gatherings. The Sit-To-Stand Transition Mat is a must have for Cadense shoes. If.you have Cadense shoes, you won't be disappointed.

Best shoes for foot drop

I have these shoes in black, pink and champagne. They are great for drop foot or even hip weakness if you need to slide your feet to ambulate.
I also got their mat, that helps me sit down and get up from a seated position.

Slides on hardwood floor

We tried using this on our hardwood floors which is all we have except in the bathroom and there we have grab bars so didn’t need the mat. If you dampen/wet the mat and also place it perfectly where the feet of the person using it will go it does work. It’s a bit small for men’s size 13/14 shoes. I don’t think I’d buy it again or actually recommend it.
